When should I expect my order?
We make all our pieces to order and require around 7-9 working days to do so. Once your order is on its way you will receive Royal Mail tracking so you can track your delivery's progress.
Can I send my own seaglass to be made into a ring?
We love using people's own seaglass in jewellery. Get in touch for more info!
I ordered the wrong size, can I get a refund?
We offer resizing on some of our products, get in touch to see if you are eligible for this service.
Can I get this order giftwrapped?
Let us know if you would like a gift card, we will handwrite it and add it for free. Gift boxes are available at the checkout
Do you use sterling silver?
All our pieces are made from recycled sterling and gold. For care instructions, see the card included in your order.
