Refund policy

EXCHANGES


If you wish to exchange your item for a different piece, this can be done up to 7 days from purchase providing that the item has not been worn, is in perfect condition and in the original packaging. If the value of the new item exceeds the original, you will be required to pay the difference. If the value of the new item is lower than the original piece then the difference will be credited to the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase or a credit note issued. Please note if the item has been personalised or custom made, it cannot be exchanged. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned. We will not cover postage costs for items you wish to exchange.

WARRANTY

During the Warranty Period of 28 days from purchase, we will repair or replace, at no charge, any item that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and care.

After this time we will repair your item with a minimal cost for workmanship. Please note - we stress test all silver joints before they leave our workshop. Stones are all set in bezel cups which can loosen over time with improper use or care. Should seaglass or stones become loose in their bezel cups, this can be easily fixed, we do not count this as a faulty item as when every item leaves the workshop it is tested to ensure the stone is tight in its setting. We can restore stones to their settings for free but ask that you cover your own postage costs.

SIZING

Items bought the wrong size cannot be refunded but can be resized. We ask you choose your size carefully and ask us for help should you require any.

SHIPPING

If your item is lost in transit to us to be repaired we are not responsible for this, so we strongly advise you choose tracked or signed for shipping methods.
